Cathal Moran has recently been elected to the Irish Institute of Chartered Arbitrators.  This recent addition to Cathal Moran''s practice gives an extra dimension to the firms commercial property section and in the long run should benefit the firms clients by way of knowledge of the Arbitration procedure, dispute resolution and greater bargaining power for clients.  The Arbitration is important in the commercial and especially so in Compulsory Purchase Orders, Landlord and Tenant relations and Rent Reviews together with other areas of dispute in commercial property negotiations.
