The above property comprises an irregular holding of land comprising we understand circa 45 Acres in one division and contained in two Folios, namely Folio 4915 County Galway and Folio 4916 County Galway , the entire Folios except for a small plot of ground on its own directly opposite the main holding on the northern side of the L-7175.

In addition there is bog at nearby Clogh containing 3 acres and 5 perches or thereabouts (3.7 Acres) contained in Folio GY 4916.
